When?/where?

As I suggested in my historical design the time in which this was set was Autumn.  I still believe it could be Autumn time, maybe the time where it was only just starting to get chilly in the evenings as people would go to the club to keep warm.

When thinking about costumes, I didn't think of the weather, I was thinking of what sexy performers would wear now. I didn't have enough time to order any costumes, so I decided to go with something off the shoulder with a bit of cleavage showing for some sexiness.
